The Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) invites applications for its Six-Month and One-Year Research Training Programme 2025. This prestigious training offers postgraduate and final-year undergraduate science students the opportunity to gain hands-on research experience under expert faculty in the fields of life sciences and biotechnology.

Application Process

Candidates must apply online through the RCB official website with the following documents:

Programme Structure

The duration of the research training is six months or one year, depending on the applicant’s academic requirements.
Selected candidates are assigned to RCB faculty mentors and work on cutting-edge research projects alongside other lab members.

Fees & Fellowships

  • Training Fee: No fee is charged from selected trainees.

Eligibility Criteria

The programme is open to:

  • Final-year students pursuing postgraduate degrees in science (e.g., M.Sc.)

  • Final-year students of four-year undergraduate programmes in science

  • B.Tech / M.Tech students enrolled in recognized universities or institutions

Applicants must provide a forwarding letter from their Head of Department (HOD) confirming that the research dissertation is a mandatory requirement of their degree.

    You guys first said that final year student of undergraduate cource can apply.
    But than you have mention final year student of 4 year undergraduate course. So, why 3 year undergraduate course in science is not being consider by you…..
